Bird Fest 2018 @ Center for the Arts Theater | Three Lakes | Wisconsin | United States

A family friendly event to learn and enjoy the abundance of migratory birds. Friday, June 1st will start at the Center for the Arts at 5:30 with a meet and greet and then go till 8:30 with a presentation by loon watch ranger and expert Alan Schwoegler followed by showing of the movie “The Messenger”. There will be complimentary hors d’oevres, wine and beer will be served. Admission for the evening is $15 for adults $5 for students and free for those under 13. Saturday will begin at 7:30 am at Thunder Lake Wildlife Area and will go till noon. Saturday will include walks, demonstrations and a loon calling contest. Then head back to the center for the Arts for a children’s program for the kids to make birdhouses. Saturday’s events are free of charge.

Ann’s passion and commitment to this cause will be inspiring as she shares stories about the latest individuals, animal and human, she has encountered, and describes the messages she brings home.
